The three judges of the Federal Criminal Cessation Chamber Tuesday unanimously opted to close the file regarding a complaint filed by the late prosecutor Alberto Nisman against President Fernandez.
Nisman had accused the president of orchestrating a cover-up in relation to the 1994 bombing of a Jewish community center in Buenos Aires. The decision by the high level court affirms several rulings by lower courts that determined there was no evidence of a crime by the president.
