Buenos Aires Herald: Data missing from Nisman’s phone, plaintiff lawyers say

Lawyers representing late AMIA prosecutor Alberto Nisman’s daughters have once again cast doubt into the investigation of his death and suggested that someone physically removed information that was missing from his mobile phone.

In addition to criticizing what they called the lack of support that Prosecutor Viviana Fein has received as she heads up the investigation into the mysterious death, lawyers Juan Pablo Vigliero and Mariano Romero Victorica said in a series of radio interviews yesterday that they lamented what they considered to be a haphazard investigation and insisted on pressing the hypothesis that Nisman was the victim of a homicide.

Vigliero and Romero Victorica are part of the legal team representing plaintiff Sandra Arroyo Salgado — Nisman’s former partner and the mother of his daughters. Arroyo Salgado, who is also a federal judge, changed her legal team in the last two months, but Vigliero and Romero Victorica have raised their profile in recent days with fresh accusations.
